Hey There

I am deeply passionate about sharing the transformational properties of movement in an accessible way.

My classes aim to inspire students to explore the power of both inner and outer practices to support our physical, mental, emotional and spiritual states. I offer opportunities to move outside of the comfort zone followed by moments of reflection. I enjoy weaving elements of playfulness into the practice and show students a path of enquiry and discovery.

About

My name is Annika Loll

I aim to be a vessel for Joy.

And to me, that Joy has always been enabled through mindful movement, playfulness and curiosity.

The Details

Growing up I was dedicated to Gymnastics. Following a strict training regime, competing and trying to walk the thin line of approval of judges and coaches; I eventually grew tired of the rigidity and tension.

So I embarked on finding different sports and practices I enjoy. Eventually leading me to kickboxing, temporarily becoming a gym fanatic, followed by Pole Fitness, Dance, Qi-Gong, Partner Acrobatics, Mixed Movement Arts and Yoga.

Throughout my journey of different practices I eventually started to understand what I really value, enjoy and holistically benefit from. It's not the looks I care about, winning a competition

or learning the most difficult skills to show off. Instead, I truly enjoy being in discovery mode and creative in how I approach movement and life. What I do started to matter less than How I do it. And it only took me moving countries and trying a gazillion hobbies to find this out...
I enjoy playfulness and stepping outside of all the boxes we're provided from a young age. I long to feel truly present, openminded, courageous, alive and peaceful - and I sequence my classes in a way that aims to open such experiences to those present.

A transformational passion of mine was and still continues to be ignited by Yoga and its ancient wisdom and depth through intentional and truthful living. Which taught me that Mindful Movement and a healthy body and mind are the very door to a more meaningful and purposeful experience of life.

After my Yoga Teacher Training and Executive Coaching Accreditation, I now aim to be a post-man for truthful living, helping others find their Joy and weave ancient practices into our modern lives.
